Excellent Hotel Experience

The breakfast was excellent, with buffet style options with local food. I appreciated the comfy, spacious, and clean room which also included a coffee machine. The bar downstairs was great for working and I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

there were no bathrobes provided in the room for pool use. These were only available for superior rooms.

the breakfast was great with many options. the staff was helpful and super fast with check-in. comfy beds and spacious rooms completed my stay (i really liked the rooms). the hotel has a mall next door as well.

the air conditioning did not work in my room. when i asked them to fix it, they said they would send an engineer. the engineer did not arrive. i found this to be a letdown.

the location was acceptable near a shopping center i did appreciate that.

the room felt quite dated furniture showed significant wear i also noticed considerable noise isolation was poor i could hear sounds from adjacent rooms clearly this disrupted my rest i think these issues affected my experience.
